The Professional Range of heavy duty telescopic slides manufactured from 6082 T6 aluminium beams with stainless steel 316L bearings and cages. We are able to bespoke manufacture virtually any alloy for OEM requirements. Particularly suited to military, bio-science and airborne applications where the right choice of materials affects performance. End stops and retaining pins are made from grade 304 stainless, providing a highly corrosion resistant alloy slide.

The ADDTS range of slides offer a super extension of 200% as standard. Utilising heavy duty ‘I’ beams the slide is able to maintain rigidity in demanding applications where the travel exceeds the closed length by a factor of two.  The ADDTS-50 slide with a closed length of 600mm has a travel of 1,200mm (1,800mm overall) with a loading of 70 kg per fully extended pair. The ADDTS-50 is a high quality, smooth running, over extension slide with milled ball tracks for accuracy and a slight pre-load. There is a choice of surface finishes available. Due to the extreme strength of the mobile ‘I’ beam, this slide is robust to applied loads when in the extended position making it an excellent choice for dynamic applications. Unlike many other slides manufactured from rolled ‘C’ sections. There are no plastic parts in the manufacture of this range, making it ideal for high temperature use. A single ADDTS-50 weighs 6.96 kg per metre.
