The Professional Range of heavy duty telescopic slides manufactured from 6082 T6 aluminium beams with stainless steel 316L bearings and cages. We are able to bespoke manufacture virtually any alloy for OEM requirements. Particularly suited to military, bio-science and airborne applications where the right choice of materials affects performance. End stops and retaining pins are made from grade 304 stainless, providing a highly corrosion resistant alloy slide.
The ADTS-40 is a high quality, smooth, full extension slide with milled ball tracks for accuracy and a slight pre-load. There is a choice of surface finishes available. Supplied with a standard anodization. Please consult our engineers for other surface finishes available. The low weight ADTS-40 slide has a loading of 125kg at 600mm. Strengthened by the mobile ‘I’ beam which allows a very compact design to be used on applications such as medical equipment, marine seating or environmental test chambers, where a torsionally strong slide is required. A single ADTS-40 slide weighs 2.24kg per metre.
